Job Attitude as a Factor on Employees Performance

An attitude is a psychological state of mind. It the way person thinks about situations, and it ultimately determines person's behavior. In workplace, employees can have either positive or negative specific work tasks, products services, co-workers management, company as whole. Positive attitudes among make workdays more enjoyable. Tasks are performed to higher standard without complaint. Current study based on effect employee performance. This includes related factors (behaviors leaders, job satisfaction, commitment, motivation training) investigate their impact utilized descriptive method research. instrument was developed by researcher with 8 statements measure perceived level involvement, performance then distributed respondents five- point Likert scale. Result shows that all positively affect Motivation commitment has highly significant employees. As result, organizations should value experienced personnel devise effective retention policy giving competitive salary, base pay promotion. That will increase overall organization.
